Delivery Policy
We send our tracking numbers with all packages, once the package goes into the hands of USPS, we are not in control of the shipping process. It usually takes 3-5 days, but sometimes it might take longer. If you see you package "stuck" within the USPS system please Submit a Missing Mail Search Request. Filing a claim with USPS is obligatory for us to take complaint steps.

If you submitted and incorrect or incomplete address we reserve the right to charge you an additional shipping fee if we have to ship your package again.

Return/Exchange Policy
Wax (hard wax and soft wax) and Warmers (Single, Double, and 5lb) are eligible for returns within 10 days of purchase (not delivery). The wax has to be unopened and unused. Product will have to be returned at the cost of the customer. If you would like to initiate a return please email, hello@blackcoralwax.com. When sending an email please send over licensing information as well.

We will gladly exchange your item within 10 days of purchasing. Shipping charges are non-refundable for all packages that are not able to be delivered, returned, or refused, unless there was a BCW error. Shipping is charged on ALL Black Coral Wax orders At the time of reaching out, we can let you know exactly how much the shipping on your items costs. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on returns and exchanges.

If a package has to be reshipped due to being non-deliverable, insufficient address, returns, or refusing package - a new shipping charge will occur via Invoice. Please note, you will have another reshipping charge. We will NOT issue refunds because another shipping charge does not want to be paid.
 
Our products are sold online to businesses, licensed professionals, and students. If you are not a student or licensed professional, we will NOT accept any return for issues with products performance or personal liking. Once the product packaging is opened, it can no longer be returned.

Resale Prohibition
All Black Coral Wax products, including all types of wax, warmers, and accessories, are intended solely for the personal or professional use of the original purchaser. Reselling, redistributing, or repackaging our products without prior written consent from Black Coral Wax is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized resale will be considered a violation of these Terms of Service.

2. Earning Points

1. Points are automatically awarded after an order is completed and paid for in full.
   

2. The number of points earned depends on the customer’s tier level and the total value of the order — higher tiers earn points faster.
   

3. If an order is canceled or refunded, any points granted for that order will be automatically deducted from the customer’s account.

3. Redeeming Points

2. Discount codes:

4. Points Expiration
